JADE MADDEN - CHIEF MAKEUP ARTIST

BIOGRAPHY

Jade Madden is currently working as a Dump Truck Driver and Grader Operator in an open cut gold mine in Kalgoorlie. But that's not her only job! Jade runs a successful YouTube channel (under her name) with nearly 100,000 subscribers. She creates SFX makeup and standard makeup tutorials for her viewers. Jade is completely self-taught, and 'The Light' is set to be an amazing notch on her belt. Jade can't wait for the challenge and opportunity to create amazing work. 

MISSION STATEMENT

As chief makeup artist, I want to make 'The Light' as three-dimensional as I possibly can. My goal is to make the audience really feel what's happening in the film, as though they're really there. Makeup is such a great tool to be able to transport the viewers into our world. I plan to be really organised, but also love where spontaneity can lead to as well. I'll plan various character looks to start off with, so we have a base line, and then go where the film takes me. Without a doubt, we will get to the right look for different scenes.
